It's in all places and Stephane Dossetto is the winner of this large 1,261 runner FPS Monaco Main Event!
In the overall hand Dossetto opened to 1,500,000 with 7♠7♣. Farrell shoved for 4,725,000 with A♦J♥ and Dossetto -- whose name if truth be told means "two-seven" - made the decision along with his"" hand.
The 5♠7♥K♣ flop all but ended the proceedings ("IT'S USUALLY coming seven," noted James Hartigan within the commentary booth). Farrell needed something at the turn to a minimum of take the hand to the river and he found it, the T♥ giving him four outs with one card to return. However the final card on this hand, and the tournament, was the 3♠.

Niall Farrell was installed some horrible river spots on this heads-up duel. To his credit he's made the correct decision the vast majority of the time, but he just got one wrong.
He opened to 650,000 with T♣9♦ and Stephane Dossetto called with 8♥5♣. The 6♣A♦6♦ flop checked through and the 9♥ hit the turn. Dossetto elected to bet 1,000,000 into Farrell, and the latter called along with his pair.
The 3♣ hit the river and Dossetto fired again, this time 2,200,000. "IT IS A strange spot to bluff, however it might work" said Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier within the commentary booth. And work it did, as Farrell folded with a grin. --NW

Stephane Dossetto shoved from the small blind with A♥3♦ and Niall Farrell instantly called with A♦K♠. He was all-in for 3,375,000.
The 8♦9♠5♠ was about as safe as they arrive for Farrell, and the K♦ turn card left Dossetto drawing dead.
Farrell's back as much as 6,850,000 whilst Dossetto is all the way down to 24,475,000. --NW

Having rallied slightly Niall Farrell is now back off to ten big blinds and just can't get any momentum. He limped the button with 6♣2♣ and Stephane Dossetto checked his option with J♥2♥.
The 9♣A♣J♠ flop checked through and the 3♠ fell at the turn. Dossetto bet 600,000 and Farrell called. The 9♦ completed the board and Dossetto check-called a chance of 1,000,000 from Farrell.
It's now 28,300,000 for Dossetto and just 3,000,000 for Farrell. --NW

Niall Farrell is right down to just 12 big blinds after losing another pot to Stephane Dossetto where he had a work of the board but not as big a work as Dossetto.
It was Dossetto who had position, limping in with K♣3♣, and Farrell checked his option with 9♠8♦. Both players checked the K♥4♦Q♣ flop, then the 9♦ hit the turn to provide Farrell a couple. Check-check. The 6♣ completed the board and when he was checked to Farrell bet 400,000, Dossetto check-raised to 1,000,000, and Farrell paid him off.
It's now 27,650,000 versus 3,675,000 for Dossetto. --NW

Niall Farrell picked up a robust hand at the button -- A♠Q♠ -- and opened to 650,000. Stephane Dossetto looked down at J♥8♦ and called the raise.
A T♦J♣4♦ flop meant Dossetto had outflopped Farrell once more. Both players checked though and the T♥ paired the board at the turn. Farrell fired out a delayed c-bet of 500,000, Dossetto check-raised to 1,100,000, and Farrell stuck around.
The 4♥ river went the similar way because the flop, and that suggests Dossetto is as much as 24,700,000 and Farrell is all the way down to 6,625,000. --NW

Neither player bet the T♥ turn, then the 7♦ river gave Dossetto the lead. He bet 1,500,000 right into a pot of 3,700,000, and Farrell had an extended old think before flicking the decision in. Farrell threw his cards within the muck and the 2 players exchanged slightly of study concerning the hand before the following one was dealt. Dossetto was first to behave and he fired out 1,000,000. Farrell thought for approximately 10 seconds before making the decision to gather the pot. He's now as much as 14,900,000 and Dossetto right down to 15,980,000. --NW

The chip lead is swinging from side to side and it's just swung Niall Farrell's way.
Just now after Stephane Dossetto had opened with 8♣4♣ from the button, Farrell called with T♣7♣. The T♠J♣5♦ flop was checked through and the 7♦ fell at the turn. Dossetto had a double-gutter and with it he bet almost full pot, firing out 1,000,000 straight. Meanwhile sitting pretty with two pair, Farrell smooth-called. The 5♥ paired the board and that proved enough of a scare card for it to head check-check.
Farrell moved as much as 15,900,000 after that one, and Dossetto all the way down to 14,900,000. But only a few hands later Dossetto was back on top on this see-saw battle. --NW

The Scotsman had raised from the button with J♦8♣ but checked the flop. He bet the turn, though, firing out 500,000, and Dossetto found a float with the jack-high.
The 8♠ river improved Farrell to the most efficient hand, they both checked, and Farrell claimed the pot. He's as much as 13,925,000 whilst Dossetto is right down to 16,875,000. --NW

On a 8♦J♣Q♠ flop, Niall Farrell elected to guide out with 9♠3♠ and Stephane Dossetto called with T♠4♠. The 9♦ turn then gave Farrell a pair, but additionally filled Dossetto's straight. There has been no betting, though, and the 3♦ river improved Farrell to 2 pair.

In this one, Niall Farrell raised from the button with 7♣6♥ and Dossetto defended with Q♦4♦. At the 9♥Q♥Q♠ flop, Dossetto check-called a big gamble of 500,000, but that was all he got from Farrell because the 5♥ turn and 7♠ river were checked down.
Dossetto is as much as 16,000,000 whilst Farrell is right down to 14,800,000, so there's only a handful of blinds between them. --NW

Stephane Dossetto has closed the space on Niall Farrell after winning a decent-sized pot at first of heads-up play.
In the hand, Niall Farrell opened with Q♠2♣ and Dossetto flatted with T♠5♠. At the 6♣K♠4♠ flop, Farrell continued for 500,000 and Dossetto smooth-called.
The 3♠ made Dossetto's flush and Farrell's bet of 1,100,000 was check-raised to 3,300,000 by Dossetto. Although Farrell had a spade in his hand, he let it go very quickly.

From the button Niall Farrell opened to 425,000 with K♥K♣, and Julian Fernandez called from the small blind with T♥9♥.
The two of them went heads-up to a 8♦8♥8♠ flop. Farrell continued for 350,000 and Fernandez stuck across the. 9♠ then appeared like an ideal card for Fernandez, however it would prove to be his downfall. He fired out of venture of 550,000 along with his full house, Farrell bumped the cost of poker as much as 1,250,000, Fernandez moved all-in for 4,200,000, and Farrell snap-called.
There were only two cards within the deck that might save Fernandez at the river, and the A♠ didn't fit the bill. He's out in third for €89,000.

There haven't been too many family pots three-handed, but we just saw a unprecedented post-flop pot involving all three players. It was Julian Fernandez who opened the action, raising at the button with Q♦T♥. Stephane Dossetto then called with A♥7♥ from the small blind and Farrell came in conjunction with K♣5♣ from the big.
The A♣6♥J♣ flop gave Dossetto top pair and he led for 700,000. With the nut-flush draw Farrell wasn't going anywhere. He flat-called, and Fernandez folded.
The 5♠ turn was checked through, then Dossetto made aces up at the 7♦ river. He bet 1,000,000 and Farrell let his hand go. Dossetto is as much as 13,770,00 whilst Farrell slips to 13,065,000. --NW

We had not seen Julian Fernandez go after Neil Farrell of their blind-on-blind battles thus far, but that every one changed at present with the Frenchman getting out some raising chips to forestall the Farrell express.
It had folded to Farrell within the small blind and he opened with Q♠3♦. Fernandez did not have much of a hand -- 6♠4♣ -- but he raised it up and Farrell folded.
"I'll see what you bluffed me with later," said Farrell as he released his hand. --NW

We're all the way down to three and it was a short-stacked Stefano Terziani who's been knocked out in fourth place.
He was right down to 1,665,000 when he found a place to shove from the small blind with K♦4♠. Stephane Dossetto was within the big blind and he snap-called with A♥7♥. A 7♠Q♦3♣2♠2♥ board wasn't what Terziani was looking for, and he took his leave of the stage. --NW

"I can't see who is going to fold here," said Theo Jorgensen when he saw the hands that Stefano Terziani and Niall Farrell had picked up at the button and massive blind, respectively. It was 8♠8♣ for Terziani and A♠K♥ for Farrell.
Jorgensen's not a Team Pro for nothing, and with 35 big blinds effective the chips did indeed go in. Terziani opened, Farrell three-bet, Terziani four-bet shoved, and Farrell called it off.
The board came A♦7♠2♣Q♣5♥, and Farrell went from worst to first as he's as much as 12,190,000. Meanwhile Terziani is now the fast stack with just 1,890,000 or simply under 12 big blinds. --NW
Big slick wins the race
3:15pm: More for DossettoLevel 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (ante 20,000)
Stephane Dossetto opened for 360,000 from UTG holding K♣J♦, getting callers in Julian Fernandez within the small blind with Q♥J♠ and Stefano Terziani within the BB with A♣6♣.
The flop came 4♥K♥9♣, Fernandez fired 475,000, Terziani stepped aside, and Dossetto called very quickly. The turn was the 3♦. This time Fernandez checked, and Dossetto took the outlet to bet 700,000. Fernandez contemplated the sitation a brief while, then folded.
Fernandez is all the way down to 6.125 million while Dossetto adds to his lead, moving as much as 11.14 million. --MH
3:12pm: Everyone loves a chopped potLevel 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (ante 20,000)
This was probably the most more interesting chopped pots we have seen and it was another pot between Niall Farrell and Julian Fernandez.
Farrell opened to 350,000 with 8♥7♠ from the small blind and Fernandez defended with 8♠7♥ from the large blind.
The two players had virtually the similar hand, nevertheless it was Farrell who picked up the freeroll at the 2♥7♣K♥ flop. It checked through because it did following the A♥ turn. The 7♦ river gave both players trips, and that is where the joys began.
Farrell checked, Fernandez value bet 460,000, Farrell check-raised to 1,460,000, and Fernandez snap-called. Both players chuckled when the hands were turned over. As you were then. --NW

Niall Farrell opened for 325,000 from under the gun holding A♥6♠ and got a caller in Julian Fernandez sitting with 7♦7♣ at the button.
The flop came 5♦2♥5♠, and Farrell continued for 300,000. Fernandez responded by raising to 840,000, and Farrell riffled chips for a little while before shoving his remaining 4.425 million within the middle.
The chips were counted out as Fernandez thought of even if his sevens were still good. He had almost 7 million behind, so that you can call would mean risking greater than half his stack. Fernandez tanked for a few minutes, stood from the table and thought for an additional minute, then sat backpedal exhaling and furrowing his brow for one more minute more.
Finally he dug out calling chips, and with an exasperated look let his cards go.
Farrell moved back up over 5.5 million on that one, while Fernandez still has just below 7 million. --MH
The goal within reach
2:55pm: Terziani gets the bluff throughLevel 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (ante 20,000)
There hasn't been much tanking at this final table, but Stephane Dossetto just took almost three minutes to make a difficult river decision.
He raised from UTG with T♦T♣ and Stefano Terziani defended from the massive blind with A♣2♣. At the 4♠3♣7♥ flop Dossetto continuation bet 450,000 and Terziani smooth-called. The 6♦ fell on fourth street and Terziani led for 625,000. "THAT IS baffling to me," said James Hartigan within the commentary booth. Dossetto obviously wasn't convinced as he swiftly called.
The Q♥ completed the board and Terziani reached for chips again, betting out 1,600,000. "Why so expensive?" asked Dossetto to Terziani, who didn't reply. Then after that three-minute tank, Dossetto elected to fold.
Terziani is as much as 8,620,000 whilst Dossetto drops to 9,800,000. --NW

Julian Fernandez opened for 380,000 from under the gun with K♦J♦, then it folded to Niall Farrell within the big blind with A♦5♦.
The flop came 7♣T♦T♠, and after Farrell checked, Fernandez fired a raffle of 325,000. Farrell thought a beat, then called, and the turn brought the A♥. Farrell checked, Fernandez bet again -- this time 775,000 -- and after some thought Farrell called once more.
The river then brought the Q♦, giving Fernandez a straight, and Farrell checked over to the Frenchman. Fernandez bet big -- 2.2 million -- and Farrell was capable of finding a fold to bypass losing even more.
Fernandez is as much as 8.045 million now, while Farrell drops slightly below 5 million. --MH

The four remaining players are all deep-stacked, but Niall Farrell and Stephane Dossetto are the highest two and so they just played a large pot against each other.
Dossetto opened from under the gun with 3♥3♦, Farrell three-bet to 625,000, Julian Fernandez folded A♣4♣, and Dossetto elected to call.
The 6♣3♣J♣ flop gave both a hand (Fernandez would've flopped the nuts), and Farrell bet 225,000 with top pair. Call from Dossetto. The 9♥ fell at the turn. Dossetto checked again, Farrell bet 300,000, and Dossetto then check-raised to 700,000 total. Farrell had a think after which called.
The J♦ river was a card that seemed like it would get Farrell right into a whole heap of trouble, and so it proved. Dossetto settled on a price bet of 1,425,000 and Farrell said: "I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL fold but I'm very sad about it."
He thought some time longer, called and saw the bad news. "I should just fold. Why am I the worst? I DO KNOW I should fold."
After that hand Farrell has dropped to the ground of the chip counts with 6,230,000 whilst Dossetto is as much as 11,880,000. --NW

What a begin to the general table!
From the cutoff Julian Fernandez opened to 360,000 with Q♣Q♦. Jean-Baptiste Bertrand then shoved for 805,000 with pocket tens and Miguel Silva -- who had 2,460,000 -- peeked down at A♣J♦ within the small blind. He took a while after which he, too, announced all-in.
There was no snap call from Fernandez, instead he leaned back, puffed out his cheeks after which called! The fruit and vegetable trader had both players in danger and the queens held up at the 5♦3♥K♦9♥6♠ board and he eliminated two players to climb to 6,700,000.
By virtue of getting more chips to begin the hand, Silva finishes fifth for €51,780 whilst Bertrand collects €38,500 for finishing sixth. --NW

Miguel Silva was some of the short stacks getting into the general table, and to be had #3 he shoved all-in with 2♦2♣ for 1,200,000 from middle position. Playing from the small blind, Niall Farrell looked him up with K♦Q♠.
It was actually a classic race with the king-queen just barely over a 50% favourite. However the J♠5♠J♦4♥A♦ board meant the deuces held, and Silva is as much as 2,640,000 whilst Farrell drops to 8,340,000. --NW

On the second one hand of the overall table, Stefano Terziani raised it as much as 250,000 at the button with Q♠9♥. Stephane Dossetto folded the small blind, but Niall Farrell defended with 9♣8♣ from the large blind.

Stefano Terziani hails from Florence's suburb Scandicci and has experienced the live event final table atmosphere several times before. The 32-year-old's best result dates back to August 2012 when Terziani finished second within the IPT4 Campione Main Event, banking $131,646. He also has a WSOP final table appearance under his belt and couple more top ten finishes in EPT side events. The Italian has amassed nearly $300k in live tournament winnings so far.

A regular in Parisian poker circles, Stéphane mainly play live poker tournaments. He won the FPS3 High Roller at Cadet for a prize of €65,000 back in November 2013, the young entrepreneur's best performance so far. Stéphane qualified for FPS Monaco in a live satellite on the Monte Carlo Bay Casino. He's great friends with fellow finalists Romain Matteoli and Julian Fernandez and hopes to share the rostrum along with his pals . "My last name means Two Seven and it was a couple of 7s that got me into this tournament", says Stéphane, who feels very optimistic in regards to the final.
Seat 3: Niall "firaldo87" Farrell, 28, Glasgow, UK, PokerStars player, 9,165,000
Arguably the largest star at the final table is 28-year-old Niall Farrell. He became a poker pro after graduating with a law degree from Dumfries University. His results there include winning an evening on Stars and an everyday Fifty, Bertrand bought in direct for the FPS Monaco Main Event, his second France Poker Series appearance after competing at FPS Cannes last year. However he's doing way better this time; he didn't be capable of get past the fourth level in Cannes.

That contributed to the $133k he's racked up to the moment in live tournament winnings; he currently sits in 48th place on Portugal's all-time money list. Silva also made two final tables at EPT12 Dublin back in March, earning over €18k combined. However, thiis is the 27-year-old's first major final table.
