The NFL Playoffs are upon us, but that doesn’t mean the DFS playing stops. This weekend, FantasyDraft is running a $50,000 guaranteed #PlayersFirst Run & Gun tournament that has zero contest fee.
This is a great tournament and a really easy way to assure that you enjoy your time watching the playoff games that much more this weekend. As always, we’re going to be looking at four wide receivers that you can use this weekend on FantasyDraft to give your Run & Gun roster maximum upside.

Antonio Brown ($18,000) – Surprise surprise, but Antonio Brown heads the list. $18,000 is a ton of salary cap space to spend on any one player on FantasyDraft, but Brown is so good that I’d be terrified to not have him. A virtual lock for something like five catches and 60 yards, Brown also has a ton of upside to boot, going for 39.70 or more points on FantasyDraft in five of the season’s last eight weeks. That kind of consistency and upside is how you end up with a price tag of $18,000. And it’s also why it’s a no brainer to pony up for Antonio Brown.
A.J. Green ($14,100) – Typically, I don’t put a ton of stock into a player’s recent performance against the team he is slated to face when making NFL DFS choices. However, A.J. Green against the Steelers is a situation I’m willing to make an exception for. Going backwards, Green’s last five games against the Steelers resulted in lines of 6-132-1, 11-118-1, 8-82, 11-224-1 and 9-93. That’s a pretty good stretch. Obviously, A.J. McCarron is quarterbacking this week instead of Andy Dalton. It’s easy to forget, though, that McCarron threw all but five passes in the week 14 Steelers-Bengals matchup where Green went for 6-132-1.
James Jones ($8,000) – Without a doubt, James Jones can be very hard to trust in fantasy. However, he seems to have clearly taken over as the Packers number one receiver down the stretch of the season. Over the last four weeks, Jones received target totals of 7, 9, 11 and 13 on snap counts of 94%, 79%, 92% and 100%. Those numbers, combined with Aaron Rodgers being the quarterback, are numbers of a receiver that should cost well over $10,000 on FantasyDraft. If the last quarter of the season is a good indicator, you’re getting a huge bargain on Jones this week.
Jermaine Kearse ($6,400) – This selection is not for the faint of heart, but there are some reasons to think that Kearse could play a role for the Seahawks on Sunday. It could be just noise, but Kearse had a streak of four consecutive playoff games with a touchdown during the Seahawks back to back trips to the Super Bowl over the last two years. Also, Vikings slot corner Captain Munnerlyn has played very well this season and will be covering Doug Baldwin for large chunks of the game. With Tyler Lockett nursing a hip injury and Jimmy Graham out for the season, Kearse should have some opportunity to make plays this weekend.
