Eureka6 Rozvadov: Final table updates
^

11pm: Ivan Luca wins Eureka6 Rozvadov (€106,186); Maria Lampropoulos second (€95,404)
Level 33 - Blinds 125,000/250,000 (25,000 ante)

It's all over and Ivan Luca has won the Eureka6 Rozvadov Main Event, denying his girlfriend the win and us the first ever female Eureka champion. On International Women's Day to boot!

In the final hand he limped with [Qc][Jc] and Lampropoulos checked her option with [7d][5h]. Neither player bet the [9c][2h][6s] flop but the [3c] was an action card as it gave both players a draw. Lampropoulos bet 300,000 and Luca called.

The [4c] river completed both draws and Lampropoulos bet 800,000 into a pot of 1,200,000, leaving herself about 2,400,000 back. Luca leaned back in his chair and after a couple of minutes he moved all-in.

Lampropoulos began to talk to her boyfriend and we believe she said something along the lines of "you have so much luck." She thought for a bit longer and then called.

Luca showed his hand and she couldn't beat it. Ivan Luca is Eureka6 Rozvadov champion. Stay tuned for recap of the final table.

10:50pm: Luca lengthens his lead
Level 33 - Blinds 125,000/250,000 (25,000 ante)

With a full board of [Ts][Js][Ad][Qs][3h] on the board Ivan Luca bet 625,000 into a pot of 1,700,000. He had [Ac][7s] and Maria Lampropoulos held [Jd][2d].

She tanked for seven minutes - some of this is getting excessive now and the commentator Benjamin Kang isn't shy in noting his displeasure at this - before folding.

Luca up to 12,300,000, Lampropoulos down to about 4,550,000

10:35pm: The longest hand
Level 33 - Blinds 125,000/250,000 (25,000 ante)

Maria Lampropoulos had retaken the chip lead before this big pot saw it swing back the other way.

From the button Ivan Luca raised to 600,000 with [Ad][9d] and Maria Lampropoulos smooth called with [4d][4h].

On the [5h][As][Tc] flop Luca c-bet 750,000 and Lampropoulos called.

The [2h] fell on the turn and Luca tanked for a long time before betting 1,400,000. Now it was Lampropoulos's turn to tank. She and Luca conversed in Spanish, she was smiley and jokey as she decided what to do with her pair of fours.

She took so long that Luca called the clock! Before the time ran out she called. The river was the [Jc], she checked and Luca tanked for ages before he shoved for 4,660,000 into a pot of 5,550,000.

Again Lampropoulos tanked for an age before folding, the atmosphere is more home game than major final table. She's down to 6,750,000 whilst Luca is up to about 10,125,000.

"This could easily be the longest hand in Eureka history," said Benjamin Kang in the commentary booth.

Using the rewind function on the live stream we can tell you it took 13 minutes and 25 seconds from start to finish.

Heads-up in Rozvadov

10:15pm: Back to square one
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

10:15pm: Back to square one
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

Ivan Luca has 9,450,000 to the 7,425,000 of Maria Lampropoulos. That's exactly the same as when they started heads-up.
Stalemate.
10:05pm: Lampropoulos gets some back
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

This pot could've been so much bigger...

Ivan Luca raised the button with [Qh][9h] and Maria Lampropoulos called with [Ad][4h]. The [Ah][3c][Th] flop hit both players hard and there was significant action on the flop. Luca bet 200,000, Lampropoulos check-raised to 600,000, Luca made it 1,025,000 to play and Lampropoulos smooth called.
The [Td] turn was an action killer and indeed both players checked through to the [4c] river where again they both rapped the table. Pot to Lampropoulos.

9:55pm: Luca straight to the top of the chip counts
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

There was 2,350,000 in the pot by the time they reached the river of a [2s][7h][8s][9d][Tc] board. Ivan Luca bet 1,875,000 with [7s][6h] - a rivered straight - and Maria Lampropoulos went into the tank and called with [Ah][Th].

Interestingly she didn't show Luca what she'd called with. It'd be interesting to know if they've got different friends watching the live stream and relaying information to them!

Luca is up to 10,325,000 whilst Lampropoulos is down to 6,550,000.

9:45pm: Deuces lose
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

Ivan Luca bumped it up from the button with [2c][2d] and Maria Lampropoulos defended with [8d][4d].

On the [Jh][3s][5c] flop Luca bet 450,000 and Lampropoulos called. The [7s] turn checked through and the [9h] completed the board.

Lampropoulos led for 800,000 and Luca mucked. She's up to 9,300,000 whilst Luca is down to 7,575,000

9:35pm: Lampropoulos takes the lead
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

No big pots as yet, but Maria Lampropoulos has won enough of the small ones to overtake Ivan Luca.

9:25pm: Heads-up begins
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

It's Argentina vs Argentina, boyfriend vs girlfriend. Who wins the bragging rights and the trophy? Stay right here to find out.

Let's get it on

8:57pm: It's a deal and heads-up chip counts
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

The two players are now on a 20 minute break and we're hearing that a deal has been struck.

The chip counts are as follows:

Ivan Luca: 9,450,000
Maria Lampropoulos: 7,425,000

The deal sees Luca lock up €101,186, whilst Lampropoulos is guaranteed €95,404, for the biggest cash of her career. It could get bigger though as there is €5,000 left to play for.

The happy couple

8:55pm: David Urban eliminated in third place (€54,800)
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

David Urban has barely put a foot wrong all day but he picked the wrong time to shove and paid for it. Maria Lampropoulos limped from the button with [Qh][Jd], Ivan Luca limped behind with [Kd][Kh] and Urban then shoved with [Js][8c]. Luca snap called.

The [Ks][9h][8d][2s][2c] board means it's a boyfriend vs girlfriend heads-up here in Rozvadov.

Urban - out in third

8:50pm: Urban can't catch a break
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

David Urban continues to slide, he's down to 2,800,000 after losing a pot to Ivan Luca.

It was limped pre with Urban holding [Jd][7d] in the small blind and Luca [Kd][9c] on the button. There was no action on the [Th][Jc][Kc] flop, but Urban led for 325,000 on the [8s] turn and Luca smooth called.

Both players checked the [8h] river and Luca took the pot. He's up to 6,600,000.

8:45pm: All-in and chop
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

From the small blind Ivan Luca opened to 500,000 with [Ad][Jh], David Urban shoved for 3,360,000 with [As][Kc] and Urban called.

The [5s][7d][5c][8s][8h] board meant the pot was chopped and it's as we were.

That was the first all-in and call of three handed play!

8:40pm: Chip counts
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

The Argentinian's are well in control here:

NameCountryStatusChips
Maria LampropoulosArgentina 7,305,000
Ivan LucaArgentina 6,160,000
David UrbanSlovakia 3,410,000

8:30pm: Urban down to 20 big blinds
Level 32 - Blinds 100,000/200,000 (25,000 ante)

Things continue to go south for David Urban as he's down to around 20 big blinds.

His latest setback came in a limped pot in which all three players took a [5c][4h][Td] flop. Ivan Luca led for 250,00 from the small blind with [9h][5h] and Urban called with [8h][5s].

The two players then checked the [3h] turn and [Kd] river and Luca's kicker played. He's up to 6,000,000, Urban down to around 4,000,000.

8:15pm: Lampropoulos leads
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

No major pots of note but Maria Lampropoulos has won the small ones to take the chip lead for the first time. But, it's incredibly close between all three players.

8:05pm: Stacks getting closer
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

Maria Lampropoulos has won a couple of pots from David Urban and as a result all three players are now reasonably close in chips.

7:55pm: Lampropoulos shoves on Luca
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

Yep you read that right! Some Argentinian on Argentinian action. Ivan Luca opened to 320,000 from the button with [9h][8c] and Maria Lampropoulos looked down at pocket fours in the big blind.

She had about 24 big blinds to start the hand and looked genuinely confused and puzzled about what to do. Eventually she moved all-in and Luca folded.

7:45pm: Luca's over-bet gets paid
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

We've seen Ivan Luca over-bet the pot a few times at this final table and he's usually had it. He did it again just now and again he had it.

David Urban opened with [Jc][Js] on the button and Luca defended with [Kd][8s].

The two of them checked it all the way to the river of a [2h][Ks][9h][Kc][9s] river at which point Luca bet 1,400,000 into a pot of 780,000.

Urban tanked for ages but ultimately he couldn't get away from it and paid Luca off. After that hand Luca is up to 5,950,000 and Urban is down to 7,295,000.

7:40pm: Urban shoves on Lampropoulos
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

Ivan Luca limped the button, David Urban completed with pocket sevens from the small blind only for Maria Lampropoulos to raise it up to 600,000 with [Ac][6d]. Luca folded, but Urban tanked before moving all-in and Lampropoulos released her hand.

7:35pm: Aces up for Lampropoulos
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

From the button Maria Lampropoulos raised to 330,000 with [Ad][Kc] and David Urban smooth called out of the big blind with [As][9s].

It was domination nation for the Slovak and the [5c][Qs][Ah] didn't do him any favours. Lampropoulos bet 250,000 and Urban called.

The [Tc] turn checked through and the [Kh] completed the board. Lampropoulos value bet the river and Urban folded. She's now up to 4,350,000 meaning Ivan Luca - with 4,290,000 - is the short stack of the three for the first time.

7:25pm: Back at it
Level 31 - Blinds 80,000/160,000 (20,000 ante)

Here are the counts of the three remaining players as level 31 gets under way:

NameCountryStatusChips

Maria LampropoulosArgentina 3,810,000

7:10pm: End of the level
Level 30 - Blinds 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante)

That's the end of level 30 and it's now three hours since Peter Siemund was eliminated in fourth place.

Since then we've seen a pattern of David Urban stretching away from Ivan Luca and Maria Lampropoulos before losing a big pot to Luca who closes the gap.

We've not had a single all-in and call though. Small pot poker has been the order of the day. Play resumes in 15 minutes.

7pm: Lampropoulos closes in on Luca
Level 30 - Blinds 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante)

Not a lot to choose between Maria Lampropoulos and Ivan Luca now at the bottom of the chip counts. David Urban continues to hover around the 9m chip mark.

6:50pm: Luca gets tricky
Level 30 - Blinds 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante)

From the small blind Ivan Luca limped with [Ah][Qs] and David Urban raised it up to 360,000 with [4h][3c]. Luca decided to continue his deception and smooth called.

He was outflopped as the first three community cards were [7d][3h][9c]. No betting from either player though and that pattern continued on the [Td] and [8c] river with Urban showing down the best hand to win the pot.

6:30pm: Slow play works for Urban
Level 30 - Blinds 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante)

"I think David Urban has a tendency to slow play too often," noted Benjamin Kang during this hand. He may be right, but it worked for Urban on this occasion.

Maria Lampropoulos opened on the button with [Td][8d], Ivan Luca flat called with [Ad][Jh] and that bought Urban in with [Qh][9d].

The [4h][tc][Kd] flop was checked through, as was the [Jd] turn. The [2s] completed the board and Luca decided to bet his pair, he fired out 250,000, Urban raised to 750,000 with his straight, Lampropoulos folded but Luca paid Urban off.

6:20pm: Chip counts
Level 30 - Blinds 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante)

The blinds have just ticked up to 60,000/120,000 (20,000 ante) and this is how the players stack up. David Urban has more than the Argentinian couple put together.

6:05pm: Clash of styles
Level 29 - Blinds 50,000/100,000 (10,000 ante)

We're now onto hand 60 of the final table, about three hours of play in. That's not a great rate per hour of course and that's despite the automatic card shuffler they're using at this final table.

There's a distinct clash of styles at this final table. David Urban acts pretty quickly, whilst Ivan Luca and Maria Lampropoulos do like to take their time over every decision.

6pm: Big pot for Luca as he closes the gap of Urban
Level 29 - Blinds 50,000/100,000 (10,000 ante)

From tiny acorns big pots grow.

Ivan Luca limped the button with [7c][7d], David Urban completed with [Ah][Jh] and Maria Lampropoulos checked her option with [7h][2h].

Urban flopped best on [3s][Ts][Jc] but it checked through. The one remaining seven - the [7s] - fell on the turn and Luca took the lead. Urban bet 250,000 and Luca was the only caller.

Luca made a full house on the [3h] river but Urban came out firing, betting 1,125,000 into a pot of 830,000.

Luca took his time before announcing all-in for 4,150,000 total and Urban now went into the tank. He got a count of the all-in and thought through his options.

"You got sevens there?" asked Urban of Luca, putting him on his exact hand! He made the right call in the end and folded his hand. He drops to 7,970,000 whilst Luca is up to 6,105,000.

Three handed play in Rozvadov

5:45pm: More for Urban
Level 29 - Blinds 50,000/100,000 (10,000 ante)

David Urban continues to chip up and Maria Lampropoulos continues to slide. In their latest battle Lampropoulos opened to 210,000 on the button and Urban three-bet to 540,000 with [Jh][4h]. After thinking things through Lampropoulos called from her stack of around 2,500,000.

On the [7s][2d][4h] flop Urban bet 500,000 and Lampropoulos folded.

5:30pm: Lampropoulos slips further
Level 29 - Blinds 50,000/100,000 (10,000 ante)

Maria Lampropoulos is down to about 2,400,000 after losing a couple of pots. One of those had the opportunity to be a lot larger than it was. David Urban opened with [Ks][5c] from the small blind and Lampropoulos defended with [Qh][Th].

The [Ah][5s][5h] flop gave Urban trips and Lampropoulos the flush draw. Both players checked though and the [3s] rolled off on the turn. At this point Urban bet 400,000 and Lampropoulos tank folded.

5:20pm: Urban flops quads, gets paid
Level 29 - Blinds 50,000/100,000 (10,000 ante)

From the button David Urban raised it up with [5c][5d] and Ivan Luca defended from the big blind with [Td][7s]. The flop fell [3d][5h][5s] to leave Luca drawing dead.

The Argentinian checked to Urban who bet 180,000. Luca got creative, raising to 555,000 total. Call from Urban. At this point Luca gave up on the hand checking the [jh turn and [Qc] river.

Urban bet 1,000,000 into the 1,670,000 pot on the river and Luca folded. Urban up to 9,440,000, Luca down to 4,980,000.

4:45pm: Luca gets a little back
Level 28 - Blinds 40,000/80,000 (10,000 ante)

A trait we've seen at this final table is Ivan Luca defending his big blind very wide (according to Benjamin Kang who is commentating on this final table). So when David Urban raised from the button with [Tc][5c] it was no surprise that Luca called from the big blind with [8c][5s].

The Argentinian flopped best on the [Qc][4d][8d] flop and called a c-bet of 225,000 from Urban. That was the end of the betting as they both checked the [7d] turn and [3h] river. Luca is up to 5,585,000 whilst Urban drops to 8,180,000.

4:35pm: Urban stretches his chip lead
Level 28 - Blinds 40,000/80,000 (10,000 ante)

David Urban is up to 8,670,000 after winning a big pot against Ivan Luca, who is down to 4,865,000.

It was a blind on blind battle with Luca raising from the small blind with [Kc][9h] and Urban defending with [Kh][2d].

The [Ah][Td][Js] flop checked through and Urban took the lead on the [2h] turn. Luca checked, Urban bet 205,000, Luca check-raised to 1,025,000 and Luca went into the tank.

The Slovak emerged with a three-bet to 2,410,000 total and now it was Luca's turn to tank. Eventually he elected to fold and preserve his remaining stack.

Urban now has more than the Argentinian duo put together as Maria Lampropoulos has a stack of 3,680,000.

4:10pm: Peter Siemund eliminated in fourth place (€41,500)
Level 28 - Blinds 40,000/80,000 (10,000 ante)

I don't think Peter Siemund will forget this bad beat for a while. He opened to 180,000 on the button with [Qc][Ts] and called after David Urban three-bet from the small blind with [Ad][5s].

Benjamin Kang is in the commentary booth and wasn't a fan of Siemund's call, speculating that it was likely to get him into trouble. The [3d][8d][Th] flop gave Siemund top pair, Urban bet 775,000 and Siemund smooth called to create a pot of over 2,500,000.

The [4s] turn card gave Urban a gutshot straight draw and he set Siemund in for his final 1,875,000. The German went into the tank for a couple of minutes before calling all-in.

The river was the [Ah] and Urban went from worst to first to eliminate Siemund in fourth place and take the chip lead in the process.

Lampropoulos: [Qs][Ts]
Ivan Luca (button): [Jc][Js]
Peter Siemund (small blind): [kh][5h]
David Urban (big blind): [Ks][9h]

The [tc][Qh][8s] flop gave something to three of the players, but Lampropoulos took it down with a continuation bet of 375,000.

3:55pm: Calm after the storm
Level 27 - Blinds 30,000/60,000 (10,000 ante)

After that crazy opening 15 minutes of the final table the next 15 minutes have passed with little incident. David Urban took a small pot from Maria Lampropoulos and Ivan Luca then outflopped Urban's pocket queens with ace-seven. Urban checked flop and turn and folded to a river bet from Luca though.

By our reckoning Peter Siemund didn't play a hand during the opening 15 minutes. In that time he's gone from being guaranteed €12,500 to €41,500. Tidy.

3:30pm: Stoyan Stefanov eliminated in fifth place (€33,100)
Level 27 - Blinds 30,000/60,000 (10,000 ante)

Scenes! What the hell is going on. A fourth exit in the opening 15 minutes of the final table. Do the players have somewhere to be?

David Urban opened from the cutoff with [As][Kc], Stoyan Stefanov re-raised all-in for 1,345,000 from the button with [5d][5h] and when it folded back to Urban he called.

They were off to the races and the [Ac][4s][Kh] flop turned it into a one sided affair. Neither the [Jd] turn or [Qs] river could save Stefanov and he exited in fifth place.

Another one's gone! Three bust outs in the opening 10 minutes! Mick Heder open shoved for 1,175,000 from the button with [Kh][Jh] only for Ivan Luca to wake up with [Ad][Ah] in the big blind.

The [kc][7h][qh] flop was a dream for Heder but it didn't get any better on the [Ac] turn or [8c] river and he was eliminated in sixth place. Luca is up to around 7,000,000 in chips.

Mick Heder - couldn't crack aces

3:18pm: Robert Kokoska eliminated in seventh place (€18,330)
Level 27 - Blinds 30,000/60,000 (10,000 ante)

Like London buses! Two exits in the opening orbit here in Rozvadov.

Maria Lampropoulos opened to 125,000 with [Kd][Ks], Ivan Luca smooth called with pocket eights and Robert Kokoska looked down at [As][Jd]. He had just over 1,100,000 and elected to move all-in. Lampropoulos called and Luca folded.

The [9c][5d][Kh] flop left Kokoska drawing thin and the [5s] turn left him drawing dead. The [2s] completed the board.

Two early exits here and six remain.

Kokoska - out in seventh

3:12pm: Hannes Speiser eliminated in eighth place (€12,500)
Level 27 - Blinds 30,000/60,000 (10,000 ante)

One hand, one out!

Hannes Speiser was the short stack of the final eight and on the very first hand he moved all-in for 435,000 with [Kh][Qs] and Ivan Luca made the call with [Ac][Jd].

The [Ad][Kd][8d][5s][Jh] board hit Luca harder than Speiser and the Austrian player was knocked out in eighth place.

This is the first time they've both made the same final table together either online or live. It's International Woman's Day, could we have the first female Eureka Main Event champion.
