The weekend was a hectic one for poker players world wide. The MicroMillions 6 completed its 11-day online festival while both LAPT Uruguay and ANZPT Auckland were crowning new champs, including bad boy Carter Gill who won LAPT Uruguay for $218,692.

The MicroMillions 6 pulled in a fantastic 1,420,306 entrants and paid out $8,823,501 in prizes proving again the voracious appetite that low-stakes players need to play for the massive bucks. The MicroMillions Main Event racked up 65,397 players alone, each entering for $22 (or less in the event that they satellited in), and paid out a staggering $126,000 to Brazilian winner TheManM. AN ENORMOUS congratulations also goes out to quixote123 who won the MicroMillions Leader Board to assert the Player of the Series title and half-a-year's worth of Sunday Million tickets!

Successfully grinding live tournaments were Carter Gill, who won his first major title, while David Lim was over in Auckland busy celebrating his ANZPT win for NZ$110,760. And let's not forget the entire regular Sunday night action, the result of which might be found here. The large winners were vizquel17 from Israel ($213,214.40). Bluf To Much from Moldova ($156,879.91) and DeLaBijen from the Netherlands ($113,712), who took the highest three Sunday Million spots, that you could examine here. Other big timers were Sunday Warm-Up champ SlevinRO from Romania ($105,536.21) and Sunday 500 champ OLD TIME GIN from Canada ($52,629.30). OLD TIME GIN is a difficult regular and has previously won the Super Tuesday.
