In the third season of High Stakes Poker Brad Booth made what's widely considered probably the greatest televised bluffs in poker history, moving all-in for with 42 on a 763 flop after calling a preflop four-bet from Phil Ivey. Booth’s aggressive shove for $300,000 over Ivey’s $23,000 flop bet was enough to force Ivey to put down KK, earning him a pleasing pot and a life-time worth of loose calls.

At the time Booth was an ordinary in high stakes cash games, butting heads with the hardest players within the game. Card Player TV caught up with Booth after the High Stakes Poker hand aired to speak to him about poker strategy.

“In that situation once I got Phil to put down the kings on High Stakes Poker I knew that Phil would just discover a better spot. he would just say okay, let this bastard have this one and I’ll get he next one,” said Booth within the interview.

“Deepstack, big blind poker really comes all the way down to picking your spots. It’s creating that image, that day, and knowing how they view you. When you know that you're just within the reverse psychology game, and that's the strong a part of my game.”
