IGT Inks Europe, U.S. Systems Deals



IGT LogoInternational Game technology (IGT) has signed an agreement with DLV to put in IGT systems in 50 slot halls connecting approximately 1,000 machines in locations throughout Latvia over the following two years.

IGT also finalized an agreement to put in its Advantage 9.1 System Suite in conjunction with sbX Media Manager at Washington-based Northern Quest Resort & Casino. The great systems solution includes IGT’s Point Play and Xtra Credit bonus applications, sbX Media Manager, and IGT’s Service Window.

DLV plans to leverage IGT Casinolink, Medialink and EZ Pay systems to maximise efficiency and player engagement through improved accounting with jackpot and player management technologies. The agreement also marks the introduction of the IGT Xtra Credit systems module to the ecu market, which should enable easy deployment of promotional awards while increasing play time.

“We chose IGT systems because Casinolink provides a proven multi-site modular system that gives DLV enhanced management controls and the facility to supply our players the perfect promotions and bonuses which in turn should drive more play,” said Mihails Volokotkins chairman and founder at DLV.

Meanwhile within the U.S., because the only systems provider to realize approval from the Washington State Gambling Commission for bonusing and server-based applications, IGT stands excluding the pack because the leading systems provider in Washington.

With its IGT Advantage 9.1 system installation slated for August 2014, Northern Quest Resort and Casino will deploy IGT’s Point Play “downloadable credits” and Xtra Credit “free play” bonusing applications floorwide. Northern Quest can even leverage IGT’s Service Window and sbX Media Manager applications to supply real-time incentives creating more memorable gaming experiences for its players.

“IGT was the one systems provider that would help us to understand our vision of constructing truly unique player experiences that even further differentiate our property,” said Eric Pearson, vice chairman of casino operations for Northern Quest.
